Terms of Service
Effective August 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and tween. By creating an account or using the app, you're agreeing to them.
Who can use tween
You must be 13 or older to use tween. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using it.
Your account
You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Your username can't impersonate someone else or contain offensive language.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting, you give tween permission to store, display, and distribute your content within the app so the service can work (for example, showing your posts in other users' feeds). Delete a post — or your account — and that permission ends for it.
Community rules — no objectionable content
tween has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Don't post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't spam, don't impersonate, don't share other people's private information.
- Every post, comment, review, user, and conversation can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked.
- Reports are reviewed, and we act on violations — removing content and ejecting the users responsible — typically within 24 hours of a report.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
- The Community Guidelines are the definitive list of what is and isn't allowed, including what happens to accounts that break the rules.
Strong language is not by itself a violation. tween does not filter or censor words. What we act on is conduct: nudity and sexual content, attacks on people for who they are, harassment, threats, and the other categories set out in the Community Guidelines.
Courts and real-world play
Court information comes from public data and user submissions and may be incomplete or out of date. Play at your own risk: tween isn't responsible for conditions at any court, or for anything that happens at meetups organized through the app. Respect the rules of the courts you visit.
Ending an account
You can delete your account anytime (Settings → Delete account), which permanently removes your data. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service itself
tween is provided "as is," without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the app evolves. To the fullest extent allowed by law, tween's liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid to use it (currently: nothing).
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially we'll note it here with a new effective date. Using tween after a change means you accept the updated terms.
